Charles Valdez, Client Success Manager
As Qv21’s Customer Success Manager, Charles is dedicated as the central point of contact for customers. He strategizes with customers to use Qv21 products better in order to get the most possible return on investment. His role gives him the perspective to identify trends and best practices from the industry and shares them with customers for adoption.
Prior to joining Qv21, Charles has been focused on customer success for more than 15 years, with long-term roles in customer success management for technology companies WHOA.com, Level 3, Rackspace and as an account executive for the San Antonio Spurs.
He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
