Sales Account Manager

Location: Texas, Oklahoma or Louisiana

Join the Qv21 sales team! We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This position will report to our Austin office with regular communication and on-site visits. This position will also have 25-50% travel to prospect and customer sites, as well as industry events.

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Maintain and establish relationships with customers to focus on renewing current accounts
  • Pursue and engage new customers
  • Ensure all customer information is updated in the CRM database
  • With training, gain a good understanding of the Qv21 products
  • Combine domain knowledge and technical skills to understand the ticketing and reporting challenges affecting our customers

Requires solid experience with:

  • Sales - complete pipeline spectrum, from lead generation to close
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas industry, preferrably with experience in logistics and transporation of commodities
  • Meeting sales quotas and targets

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Sales skills to identify, win and close deals
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM software

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years selling into the oil and gas industry with enterprise/SaaS software sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience with a proven track record
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond to proposals with tight deadlines
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Ability to work closely with team members in a highly collaborative environment
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive innovation independently
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to drive innovation and solve problems independently
