Alex Weidensee, Director of Customer Experience

Alex joined Qv21 in 2018 as the Director of Customer Experience. His responsibilities include overseeing customer implementations, our 24/7 customer service desks and our ongoing customer success teams.

Creating the best possible service for customers is Alex’s life mission. Beginning with a SaaS utility data start up in 2010, his myriad of experiences has formed a vision for creating and maintaining excellent customer service within the SaaS and hardware space. Core to his mission are repeatable processes geared with the customer’s success in mind.

Alex graduated from the University of Tulsa with a degree in Energy Management. Beyond his hands on experience, Alex also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
