The TLN Order Manager gives producers, shippers and pumpers the ability to place shipping orders easily through the web. Orders are instantly captured by the carrier’s Qv21 TLF Dispatch systems for dispatch and fulfillment. Orders and order status can be viewed by shipper through the web portal in order to follow nominations in real time. Manage and view rejected, cancelled or diverted orders, and also edit or cancel loads already in progress--changes to load status are seen instantly by other supply chain partners through their Qv21 TLN Ticket Manager.
The TLN Reconciliation Manager compares run ticket data to receipt data displaying variations in volume, gravity, temperature, BS&W and much more. Automatic matching of transactions is available through integration services to your terminals; manual matching is also available as the tool facilitates comparison of transactions side-by-side. Acceptability thresholds provide warning icons for transactions that are out of threshold. This functionality easily replaces an army of analysts sifting through paper tickets and Excel sheets trying to reconcile each month.
Qv21 also offers TLN Integration Services and custom development to fully integrate ticket, order and receipt data from/to non-Qv21 systems such as ERP, accounting and other systems into/out-off Qv21 systems. We are technology agnostic, so we will work with any of your internal systems. Eliminate the cost of errors from import/export of spreadsheets and other work-arounds used to get data standardized and centralized. Contact Qv21 for more information about these services.
