MSA's for custom features will not be completed without the completion of the Feature Request form
Completion of this form is necessary for the Qv21 team to all understand all requirements and accurately determine level of effort needed to complete the request.
MSA delivery timelines and dates will be agreed based on the level of effort, work complexity and based on the evaluation of the Operations EVP. No delivery date will be communicated to the customer until this evaluation has happened.
